The establishment cost DKK 12,712.00 including 5 annual lawyer hours. After this, the annual lawyer’s fee is DKK 7,712 incl. up to a maximum of 5 annual lawyer hours
Screening of Whistleblower Reports
We offer a screening service so that you only receive relevant whistleblower reports that fall within the scope of the whistleblower scheme. All other inquiries receive a nice feedback that their inquiry does not fall under the scope of the Whistleblower scheme and they must contact their immediate manager.

Full-service processing of whistleblower reports
WhistleSystem offers that companies can delegate the internal whistleblower visit to e.g. a lawyer, where it is the lawyer who receives the message and as administrator of the company’s whistleblower scheme, who conducts searches and decides what should happen. It could, for example, be to take hold of the board if the upper management of the company is involved or the director or PA of the management group when it concerns other situations. Although the scheme is thus called “internal”, it is already quite common that it is an external person outside the company who receives the messages and further facilitates the reporting to the right person, if the reporting is within the framework of the legislation and the scheme, e.g. illegal or serious conditions.
For the lawyer part, the establishment will cost DKK 12,712.00 including 5 annual lawyer hours. After this, the annual lawyer’s fee is DKK 7,712 incl. up to a maximum of 5 annual lawyer’s hours associated with reports, visits, discussion with management about this, etc. If a separate lawyer’s investigation is subsequently desired, or if the work associated with the administration of the scheme includes more than 5 hours, it will be settled with DKK 2,000 ex. Whistleblower reports are always a management matter
As part of the general management escalation process, an employee can always go to the immediate manager and tell about violations of the law or serious misconduct. What is new in whistleblower schemes is that the employee now has the opportunity to report anonymously in an official whistleblower system. Furthermore, whistleblowers are protected by whistleblower legislation and the company cannot carry out reprisals against whistleblowers. In addition, the whistleblower can opt out of administrators in the reporting and thus ensure that their report is processed by impartial people.
Typically, the company initiates an internal investigation to obtain more information about the circumstances and seriousness of the report. It requires insight into the company’s processes, workflow and behavior-correcting policies. It will only be internal employees who have the necessary insight to carry out the internal investigations, ask the right questions and find out if there is a team in the report or if there are other things that underlie the report.
The company’s management would like to be the first to be informed if there are serious offenses or offenses concerning the company. It has always been and should always be the company’s management that acts on serious offenses or offences. Both in relation to the current case and in relation to how to prevent and ensure that similar cases do not arise in the future. That task can never be outsourced.
